Services (not including VAT)

• PC Doctor Health Check

A one hour home consultation with your PC by the PC Doctor to check for problems and to give you a report on how well it is running. £20.00

• PC Doctor Home Visit

A Cure for all routine PC Complaints First Hour £35.00 (Min charge) and £17.50 per half hour thereafter

• PC Paramedic

If the problem is more serious and complex the PC Paramedic will sort it out.

This is an emergency call out service with the following guarantees:

• Maximum charge is £150.00
• Response time is within six hours
• Objective report is given on progress
• If economic to fix a guaranteed price is given to restore your PC
• If your PC cannot be fixed the callout charge will be deducted from a new PC purchased through Ettrick Valley Computer Systems

First hour: £60.00 (Min charge) and £22.50 per hour thereafter (Max charge £150.00)

Training

• Microsoft Office and ECDL Advanced
• £35.00 per hour
• £200.00 per day with 30 day support
• Microsoft and ECDL accredited
